Available Times for Room Requests

We've had a lot of questions regarding when a particular room is available for reservation. You can click on the "calendar" tab at the top of the site or on the left hand menu to view the currently scheduled calendar. There is a legend at the top of the page to show you which colors correlate to which room. The community room is available in either the full room or half room. If you choose half of the room, please advise if you will need use of the kitchen so we can make a note when reserving the room for you.
Please note, rooms are only available from 7:00am until no later than 10:30pm.
The training room is only available for Fire Department training and functions. You can also use our calendar to confirm appointments you've previously submitted. We receive many requests to use our Community Room and Conference Room. When submitting a request, please be sure to check the calendar to ensure the date/time you are requesting is available.
